I must add he is also very mindful and considerate of the pandemic, and is precautious in following safety protocols, and carries PPE for his clients. JC is a true seasoned professional who always goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service.

JC offered many suggestions and educated me in all the pros and cons. I first felt his negotiation needed a little work because we didn't hear back from various offers, but I later learned when I became a seller, that the demand was like never before and offers were fast, and way above market, which JC did inform me of but I wasn't ready to listen.
